About the event
Join me for my first workshop on the breath. As many of you know, the breath is such a big part of what brought me to yoga. After taking my first yoga class, I left feeling energized and stress free and excited to be alive.
Breathwork has been used for thousands of years to naturally relieve stress and anxiety. In this workshop,we will learn to breathe consciously with awareness and intent. We will learn several different practices of Pranayama  and how the breath can be used for transformation and healing.Â
